No. Only the manager has the authority to create users and allow them to communicate.

Can users share or send audio from BiPTT to other applications?

No. No audio, text, or image files can be shared or sent to other applications by users.

Can I know which are my most active users and/or channels?

Yes. With our exclusive Dashboard, managers will have a clear view of their most active users and channels.

Can I listen to all calls exchanged by my operational teams?

Yes. All audio and messages exchanged through the platform are saved, and the manager can download them if desired. This feature is available on the Premium plan and higher.

Can I extract user and usability reports?

Yes. The platform offers some reports for download.

Do I need the management platform to use BiPTT?

When you sign up for BiPTT, regardless of the plan type, you’ll need Manager, our management platform, to manage your users and channels, and access all the features available in each BiPTT plan.
