What is the minimum number of users I can sign up?
The Standard plan is free and individual. For Premium and Enterprise, billing is per user/month — talk to our team about the minimum for your case.
What is the minimum system required to use BiPTT?
An Android smartphone with an internet connection (4G/5G or Wi-Fi). There is also a tablet app and desktop access.
What is the difference between a Personal Account and a Company Account?
A Personal Account uses the free Standard plan for individual use. A Company Account enables central management, profiles, reports and the professional features of the Premium and Enterprise plans.
What is the difference between the Member, Dispatcher, Supervisor and Manager roles?
Member is the field operator; Dispatcher coordinates and tracks the team on the map; Supervisor monitors and audits; Manager administers users, channels and permissions.
Can I use BiPTT on a computer?
Yes. Besides the mobile app, BiPTT has a portal and dispatcher accessible from the desktop browser.
I lost my account, how do I recover it?
Use "Forgot my password" on the login screen with your registered email, or contact support for recovery.
How do I create a company on BiPTT?
Sign up for free, create your organization in the portal, add the channels and invite your team. Start a trial at signup.biptt.com.br.
How do I add users in the app?
In the management portal, under Users, invite by email or share the channel join link. The manager sets each person's role.
